
- Assuming there are areas in each of these categories (Self Esteem, Love, Health and Money) that you want to see improvement on, you’re going to discover what’s standing in the way of what you want to create. You’ll discover this by exploring what you currently believe (consciously or unconsciously) and establish whether you’d like to hold on to those beliefs or let them go.
- If you choose to let them go; then you’ll learn to establish what you would actually like to believe (if you don’t make the choice to replace the belief then your mind will simply go back to the default setting). You’ll find ways of establishing the new belief so that you can move to Allowing Energy and bring what you want into your life.
- Through it all we will continue guiding you towards choosing positive emotions so that you can begin experiencing a deep inner joy that will carry you through every situation.
- Finally, you will practice the activities that bring relief, so that we can learn at a much deeper level.
As you begin to understand the process more clearly, you will be able to apply these principles to all of the items on your List of Desires and open yourself to all of your dreams coming true.
